 Picture this: I rocked hand-me-downs like they were haute couture, but underneath that thrift store chic exterior? Eczema, my friend. It was like my skin was having a constant party, and the itchiness invited itself everywhere - ears, neck, elbows, you name it. Talk about a full-body experience!

Fast forward through years of workouts, home-cooked meals, and Tylenol No 3, and I hit my 30s feeling like an octogenarian. Pains, weight gain, the whole nine yards. By 40, I was a mess - overweight, in pain, and struggling to keep up with life.

But hey, I wasn't about to let life steamroll me. I dove headfirst into the world of functional health and nutrition, soaking up knowledge like a sponge. Fast forward to today, and I'm living proof that you can turn things around. No more meds, lost weight, and feeling better than I did two decades ago.
