I know what it’s like to want to hide in your own skin. Eczema wasn’t just physical discomfort—it came with shame, self-consciousness, and a constant feeling that something was “wrong” with me.

Here’s what I learned the hard way: your skin is often a mirror of your inner environment—stress load, inflammation, gut function, and toxin burden. My longevity journey started early. Right after high school, I was hit by a one-ton truck—fractured vertebrae, internal damage, and years of pain that turned into years of pills.   

By my 30s, I felt decades older than I was. By 40, I made a decision: stop patching symptoms and start chasing root causes. I became my own experiment—learning functional health, inflammation, nutrition, and recovery.   

Today, I’m off the meds, have more energy than my 20s, and I teach others how to build a body that ages better—without living in overwhelm, confusion, or autopilot.   

And because recovery is where real transformation happens, we’ve expanded our mission with the launch of O2Pulse Lab—a recovery-focused wellness space created to help everyday people and high performers recharge, restore, and get back to feeling like themselves again.
